Whitechapel Announce “Decade Of Defilement” Tour For Fall

“Winter is coming”. It is, and I mean it. Right after Fall happens which feels like its heading our way a little earlier after the day of rain and chillier evenings that we just had. Now before I get off track let me say why I said that one and it was mostly because the guys in Whitechapel will be keeping our cooler months hotter with some molten Metal on a tour that will bring us right into the colds of winter. They’ll be celebrating a special anniversary and bringing along some awesome supporting acts. Take a look at the poster, the press copy and the massive run of dates.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: What!!! No NYC dates!!! How. Dare. You! I’m sorry, I am getting off tangent here but it’s a bit of a bummer that this package isn’t paying our Big Apple a visit since I know a lot of the fans will be eager to witness this on stage and might not get to some of the other regional spots. I’ve seen Whitechapel a few times over the years and they never disappoint. Carnifiex is also an unleashed ferocious beast on the live stage and I haven’t caught them enough over the years. You just cannot always fit stuff in no matter how hard you try. Sadly, I haven’t managed to catch Rings Of Saturn, Entheos and So This Is Suffering yet and with the show not hitting my immediate region it looks like it will be a little longer for me to do so. So what about you readers though. Will you be hitting one of these shows and what do you think about it as a tour on the whole. Chime in down in the comments section below. Happy early Anniversary Whitechapel. You’ve done some good for Metal over the years and its nice to see you working as hard as ever.
