PiercingMetal Thoughts: The teaser trailers and full on trailer have piqued my interest enough to give this series a run through and this will be especially easy for me since I am fully behind Netflix based on their exceptional series “Daredevil” (which if you have not yet seen you need to catch up on). I love how they are bringing the street level heroes to life on the small screen while the bigger screens keep up with those requiring the necessary effects. To me this has been a fun ride so far and I love how we are getting Luke Cage in this series as well. He will be getting his own show after this and then we get “Iron Fist” connecting to “The Defenders”. These shows are grittier for sure and based on what the trailer for “Jessica Jones” shows I think this would be rated “R” in the cinema if it played out in one. There are thirteen episodes in all and I’m going into the series having never read a single issue of “Alias” or even knowing much about the character outside of her being eventually married to Cage. Are you planning on watching this series and if you do will you be binge watching it? I’ll probably approach this one the same way that I did with “Daredevil” and watch it over the course of a few weeks so I have it longer to enjoy. Looks like its time for a little Netflix and chill 🙂

You can learn more about the show via the link below but be warned that spoilers will exist on that link the moment the show airs and its best clicked after you have enjoyed the run.
