Back in April I lined out the nominations for the Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards which as you know by now are generally referred to as “The Eisner Awards”. During the Comic Con International: San Diego the winners were announced and I am presenting them to you down below. This time around I’ve decided to leave off the other nominees but if you feel that you’d like to give them a once over for good measure you can just click THIS LINK for that initial posting. PiercingMetal Thoughts: As usual I won’t need to add much more to this since it was already so much reading. I will say “Congratulations” to all the winners and WOWZA good job to “Monstress” and Image Comics and all the people involved in putting this one on the shelves. I’ve only read the first issue myself but think I will need to purchase one of the collected editions come NY Comic Con when I am exploring the assorted booths.
