Back in December, the mighty Nightwish announced their live-streaming event called “An Evening With Nightwish” and if you missed that one you can click HERE to see the original news and the specific details. Sadly, the band has been forced to move said event to a few months later which I’m sharing down below.

“An Evening with Nightwish In a Virtual World” live experiences have been rescheduled from March to May due to changes in the our touring schedule. The new dates are Friday, May 28 and Saturday, May 29, 2021.

Nightwish Announces “An Evening With Nightwish” Streaming Event For March

Finland’s own Symphonic wonder Nightwish have just announced a pair of special livestream events for next March. As you know these kinds of things aren’t new news anymore but we are finding bigger and bigger bands making this jump because touring just isn’t possible right now. We recently learned that KISS was going to do one (discussed HERE) and also the magnificent Trans-Siberian Orchestra as well (discussed HERE and happening tomorrow evening). Now let’s examine the bands announcement from their social networking.

AN EVENING WITH NIGHTWISH IN A VIRTUAL WORLD!!! Friday and Saturday, March 12-13th, 2021 we will perform at The Islanders Arms, a tavern built in virtual reality. “The Chronicles of Piercing Ken” Went To Toy Insider’s “Holiday Of Play” @ Home

Greetings Legions, its time for another one of those signpost narratives because I am here to tell you about another awesome virtual adventure that was documented over on “The Chronicles of Piercing Ken” website. Over the summer, you might have remembered my sharing the news that the annual Toy Insider “Sweet Suite” event had gone virtual based on the inability to properly host in-person events due to the virus. It was fun and I made the best of it and as expected, their annual holiday event would follow suit based on these same considerations. That being said the first-ever “Holiday Of Play @ Home” would be presented and this event is on a smaller scale than the summer event based on it being succinctly focused on their holiday lists.

Pop Culture App NTWRK Brings “Anime NYC” Japanese Entertainment Festival Online

Leading livestream shopping platform NTWRK (thentwrk.com) and Japanese pop culture festival Anime NYC Powered By Crunchyroll (animenyc.com) today announced they will partner to present an online edition of Anime NYC. Earlier this year, Anime NYC’s live event – originally anticipated to draw 50,000 unique attendees – was cancelled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Now, in place of a physical gathering in New York City, Anime NYC will be open to attendees around the world and headquartered online inside the NTWRK app.
