Back in December, the mighty Nightwish announced their live-streaming event called “An Evening With Nightwish” and if you missed that one you can click HERE to see the original news and the specific details. Sadly, the band has been forced to move said event to a few months later which I’m sharing down below.
Let’s face it. Nowadays the words “cancelled”, postponed” and “rescheduled” are an almost hourly part of the discussion with many artists and entertainment prospects forced to use them. This brings me to the latest information from the mighty Nightwish who have moved some European dates a little farther ahead than was originally planned.
Some of you already saw this coming but due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic we are forced to move our European tour dates to late 2021. Previously purchased tickets will remain valid for all rescheduled dates. AMORPHIS will be our Special Guests on this tour with support by TURMION KÄTILÖT. Continue reading Nightwish Reveals Updated 2021 European Tour Dates→
Finland’s own Symphonic wonder Nightwish have just announced a pair of special livestream events for next March. As you know these kinds of things aren’t new news anymore but we are finding bigger and bigger bands making this jump because touring just isn’t possible right now. We recently learned that KISS was going to do one (discussed HERE) and also the magnificent Trans-Siberian Orchestra as well (discussed HERE and happening tomorrow evening). Now let’s examine the bands announcement from their social networking.
In the past, a Monday always generally started with some tour announcements so let’s start ours with some 50/50 news from the Symphonic Sensations of Nightwish. The band recently announced the cancellation of all 2020 tour dates for North America but at the same time have revealed some rescheduled ones. Let’s look.
The Band Statement:
Due to the current situation surrounding covid-19 in North America we are forced to postpone our shows.
