The time has come to return to the time of the Ghostbusters, a crackshot team who protected Earth from the denizens in the deceased and supernatural. Of course, with the team disbanded and unaccounted for I ask you this my friends. “Who you gonna call?” – The answer can be found in this first Official Trailer for the new film.
The Premise: A single mother and her two children move to Oklahoma after inheriting property from a previously unknown relative. PiercingMetal Thoughts: I truly loved the first “Ghostbusters” film, enjoyed the second installment for the most part and like so very many of you, never even bothered with the redo of the franchise from a couple of years ago. That being said I was curious as to how this new movie might be and when it proved to be a many years later continuation of what we all enjoyed I was game. The idea of the family members of the famous team who long since retired brings some appeal to the front and with the young cast can “Stranger Things” be a good comparison. I liked what I saw here and look forward to more reveals. Though the summer of 2020 is far away, I will likely be sitting in the local theater for this one. What did you think? Chime in down below in the comments.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: Maybe it’s just me and maybe I am being a little too critical but I think that I was expecting a little bit more considering how long we’ve been hearing about the sequel to the hit “Wonder Woman” film from 2017. We’ve also been bombarded with news from the Marvel Studios side of the fence that’s only gotten fandom more and more excited about what is to come yet from the DC side they aren’t going out of their way to get us all juiced and rallying behind what is on the plan. Part of me feels if they don’t care why should I but let’s see if another few spins on said trailer make me more interested. What about you folks? Did this move you? Hopefully they will use their heads and put together a kicking 80’s soundtrack for the film. Let’s see what happens.
We are only “13” days away from the opening of the highly anticipated film “Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker” and to say that it’s left me with a lot of items to share with you on our humble website would be an understatement. If you’d like to see all of that stuff just click HERE to open up a new tab in your browser. Now it’s time to share the latest featurette from the film which is called “Friendship”. I’ll follow the footage with the premise, casting and the Official Theatrical Poster. Enjoy.
It was back in October during the annual New York Comic Con that we got the first Official Trailer for the Netflix Original Series “Lost In Space” and if you feel like checking that out just click HERE. I figure the completists like to have all the information possible before these things air. Though I didn’t manage to see it, the show was quite popular and was bound to have an additional peek before its streaming date. The other day, the Final Trailer surfaced and I am sharing that with you below along with the premise, casting and some promotional art. Let’s look.
In the aftermath of an impact event that threatens the survival of humanity, the Robinson family is selected for the 24th mission of the Resolute (24th Colonist Group), an interstellar spacecraft carrying selected families to colonize the Alpha Centauri star system. Before they reach their destination, an alien robot breaches the Resolute’s hull. Forced to evacuate the mothership in short-range Jupiter spacecraft, scores of colonists, among them the Robinsons, crash on a nearby habitable planet. There they must contend with a strange environment and battle their own personal demons as they search for a way back to the Resolute.
