I must admit that I was a little behind in knowing what this actually was and when I first saw the branding of “American Satan” I thought it was some kind of management company or clothing line since I saw it connected to some musical events. Turns out that this is actually a movie and one that was done by Ash Avildsen and Matty Beckerman. Two of its featured stars are Andy Biersack, who’s also known as Andy Black and is the lead singer of the Black Veil Brides, and Ben Bruce of Asking Alexandria. This is a Horror/Supernatural film meets Rock show and deals with Illuminati and Satanism. Sounds interesting enough so here is the teaser trailer from the film.
The Plot: A young rock band, half from England and half from the United States, drop out of college and move to the Sunset Strip to chase their dreams. Living in a van, their passion and talent exceed their means to survive. An enigmatic stranger sees their true potential and emotionally manipulates them during a time of weakness. Caught in the middle of a Faustian deal, their music and controversial altercations end up influencing society beyond anything this century has seen, but can they take back control of their destiny before it’s too late? I’ve mentioned that I’d be sharing more of the prominent Horror trailers and release day announcements as a part of my “On Screen” narratives in my quest to satisfy that interest niche of our global readership. With that said, its time to unveil the long anticipated and somewhat dreaded trailer for the upcoming movie “It” which is based on the novel by Horror master Stephen King. Take a look but keep the lights on while doing so.
Yesterday, the fine folks at Warner Brothers Pictures began releasing these snippet’s for the upcoming Fall live-action feature “Justice League”. The film continues the goings on that we got in “Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice” which I reviewed on THIS LINK. Since the clips are barely even a half a minute in length, I decided to wait until we had each one of them, so here is the Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, The Flash and Cyborg teaser “trailer”. “Unite The League”…..
Actor Ryan Reynolds recently posted to his Official YouTube Channel what amounts to a bit of a teaser trailer for his second Deadpool film in a short clip called “No Good Dead”. Take a look at this one down below.
PiercingMetal Thoughts: So we all knew that Deadpool was going to get a sequel based on the box office response that it got and this clip is a clever play on the superhero quick change to jump into action. In Deadpools case its clearly a not so quick change. Now I don’t usually speak on the teasers since I feel its better to wait for a longer and more comprehensive clip from the film but with this one I don’t exactly think it is going to be in the film. I loved the use of the phone booth and the John Williams score for The Big Red S from their Distinguished Competition in publishing and if you look at the graffiti on the phone booth it says “Nathan Summers Is Cumming Soon” and we all know that Summers is Cable in the comics series. We see the great Stan Lee and a billboard for the movie “Logan”. Fun stuff. What did you think of this one? Let me know down in the comments below. Also, if you have little background in Deadpool as a character there is a link to purchase the film on Blu-ray and a couple of trade paperback editions from Marvel Comics. It’s time for you to get with the program.
