Back in September, I shared what amounted to be the Final Trailer for “Doctor Sleep”, which is a brand-new Warner Brothers Pictures release that comes from the twisted mind of award winning scribe Stephen King. Though I was surprised that the film didn’t open up on Halloween, it is opening today in theaters everywhere so let’s examine the theatrical poster along with a reminder about the premise and casting.
It’s been a few months since posting the Official Teaser Trailer for “Doctor Sleep” and as I’ve mentioned a few times in our Pop Culture section, I am trying to lend my attention to more of the horror genre in terms of films and comic book materials. Let’s not forget that this is a Stephen King body of work so now that the “Final Trailer” is here before the films release in November, I am sharing it with you all below along with the premise, casting and a few more promotional posters. Enjoy…..but leave the light on.
In the continuing effort to lend some attention to the horror side of the Pop Culture fence, there is probably no better figure to rally behind than the great Stephen King. His works are practically countless and now his bestselling book “Doctor Sleep” (a sequel to “The Shining”) has a film coming out care of Warner Brothers Pictures. The first teaser clip is available now and I’ve embedded some premise, casting and a couple of the “Coming Soon” posters for you to get more out of this narrative. Let’s get creepy….
We’ve been lending some attention to the brand new take on the Stephen King Horror classic for all of our ardent readers who are fans of the genre and now after two trailers (seen HERE and HERE in case you missed them), the film is opening today in theaters everywhere. Below you’ll find the poster, premise and casting. Check it out.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: I have to admit that this second trailer is a whole lot creepier than the first one was and had me startled a few times. I’m still on the fence about seeing it in the theater around the time that it opens since I’ll have a busy calendar around the end of March and well into April based on events and some other films that are higher on my own list to see. Let’s see what happens. What about you readers? Have you been sold on the film by this second trailer? Chime in down below in the comments section so we know that you are out there and seeing this stuff. Until we meet again.
