Back in December, the mighty Nightwish announced their live-streaming event called “An Evening With Nightwish” and if you missed that one you can click HERE to see the original news and the specific details. Sadly, the band has been forced to move said event to a few months later which I’m sharing down below.
Finland’s own Symphonic wonder Nightwish have just announced a pair of special livestream events for next March. As you know these kinds of things aren’t new news anymore but we are finding bigger and bigger bands making this jump because touring just isn’t possible right now. We recently learned that KISS was going to do one (discussed HERE) and also the magnificent Trans-Siberian Orchestra as well (discussed HERE and happening tomorrow evening). Now let’s examine the bands announcement from their social networking.

The Press Release:
Enslaved’s new studio album Utgard was recently released into the world, the concept of which explores the esoteric place in Norse mythology that celebrates the rebirth of the individual – a place where one goes for unification of that which is above and that which lies below. A reckoning of dark and light, of night and day.
In continued celebration of Utgard’s release, tied in with the upcoming Winter Solstice (a Pagan holy day marking the symbolic death and rebirth of the Sun), the band are proud to announce a Winter Solstice streaming event for Saturday 19th December via the Revolver Magazine Facebook page, which will be followed by a live Q&A with some band members.
