Artist: Mastodon Title: “Stairway To Nick John” (Single) Label: Warner Music Group Release Date: 5/17/2019 Genre: Hard Rock Rating: 5/5

The track was sung by the band’s drummer Brann Dailor and the recording of this happening made its way around the Internet before being professionally recorded and released for this years Record Store Day. Now having listened to their stunning version of the track which is called “Stairway To Nick John” in his honor, I just wanted to throw together some thoughts about their take on such a classic number during such a terrible time. Just the other day, the band Disturbed unveiled a massive amount of tour dates and the news that these happenings will be supported by Three Days Grace. Sadly, I didn’t happen to get the proper press details so just culled the stops for you which can be viewed down below the poster. Enjoy and I hope to see a lot of our readers in the NYC stop should we end up in attendance as well.
The band Green Day just rocked the halls of Webster with a gig in NYC while the insanity of the NY Comic Con was in full sway. I wanted to hit that show but for me when the Con is happening there is little else that I can pay any attention to but I digress. I’ll have my chance to catch the band on their full scale tour based on the announcement below. Check out the official Press Release and the dates, then I’ll come back with some added information.
