PiercingKen Goes To Play Fair 2016

While I’ve been posting about the 2016 Toy Fair over the course of the previous month, this brief narrative is to direct you to my PiercingKen.com site because it focused on the brand new event that was launched this year – Play Fair. Play Fair was an event that was open to the general public and would feature some of the vendors I was examining in the non-public Toy Fair. It would be held over the course of the weekend that Toy Fair was running and have two separate sessions each day. It was also guarded by a giant Lego Incredible Hulk.

They would hold Play Fair’s first convention in the part of the Javits Center that we find being used as Artist Alley during the NY Comic Con. The photo below was taken during the early in the morning Press Preview of the event. My fellow media and I had the run of the place for the first hour before the attendees started filing in.
