Let’s Level With Daredevil: New Character Photo Released For Netflix 2nd Season

Logo - Daredevil

Hey there readers, just a quick notice to share the recently unveiled photo from the upcoming 2nd season on Netflix of “Marvel’s Daredevil”. The new season will begin next week if you have the service and I’ve served up the trailers already in other posts. As you can see, this image features not only The Man Without Fear himself but also The Punisher and Elektra. Take a look.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: I don’t really have much to say except that I am glad to see a skull on The Punisher. I’ll admit that a couple of the scenes that I saw didn’t show this and it made me concerned and sadly also recall that Dolph Lundgren portrayal of the character that bore no skull at all throughout the film. The bottom line is that The Punisher needs a skull across his chest. No ifs, ands or buts about it. That being said I will close with make sure you tune in to your Netflix account on 3/18 or call one of your suddenly long lost friends and see if you can bring over some pizza and beers (if you are allowed to have that of course) and catch up (while Daredevil is playing in the background). See you next time. Oh yeah and in case your curious, my title of the post comes from the original series letter’s column.

Check The Trailer: “Daredevil” Season 2: Trailer Part 2

A little over a week ago I said “Everyone who watched the first season of Marvel’s “Daredevil” was pretty sold on the performances and the overall presentation that we found as viewers. Charlie Cox was a terrific Matt Murdock/Daredevil and it was great to find the show taking place in the same universe that ALL of the recent Marvel Studios films are. By doing this there were references to things that happened in a wide variety of films and I love those kind of Easter Eggs. Check out the poster below of the second season which will go live on Netflix on March 18th”.

I continued with “As you can tell by the poster, there are a lot of players in this second season for our Man Without Fear to deal with and I am fine with that since its expanding the ever growing Marvel film universe. I also love how these shows are connected together which we found thanks to some references in “Jessica Jones”. These series are really giving Marvel fans something special and now we have the first trailer for the second season of Daredevil”. The second trailer focuses on Elektra and premiered a couple of days ago. My apologies for posting this a couple of days later but I had a full plate with other items and I was checking out the mighty Black Sabbath. Make sure you find those reports and now onto the second trailer for Daredevil. Check it out below.
