For the third year straight, the NYC Hot Sauce Expo has been an event that brings out those fans of a spicier way of living and dining and I am happy to share that this will also be my own third year of exploring the expo as one of its media adventurers. It’s organized and presented by the High River Sauces company who are purveyors of some truly tasty liquidized fire concoctions and was being held at the Brooklyn Convention Center down in Greenpoint. I’m guessing that this expo center is a brand new construction as I have not yet been here nor heard of any events taking place before this one but I could be wrong. Let’s adventure together around the expo which I attended on its second day, the Sunday session.
From the outside the Brooklyn Expo Center looks like an impressive space. I love that something like this has just opened in a continually growing area and think in time it will be even better for local businesses. I got here via the “G” train line and only had to walk for about five minutes to the center. It was a nice day so this was perfect for such wandering. Based on the window poster I knew I was in the right place 🙂
