It was only a few weeks ago that a longer trailer clip was released for “Rambo: Last Blood” and if you didn’t happen to see it please just click HERE to rectify this. The Lionsgate Film opens today so you’ll want to examine the Official Release Poster, premise and casting before heading out to the theater if you are someone who hits these films on the quick.
I guess I should have expected a new trailer of some kind for “Rambo: Last Blood” considering we got the last one back in June (discussed HERE) and oddly enough, this clip is a wee bit shorter than the teaser so you just might wanna click that link and see the other one for good measure. Now as summer heads to a close, its time to examine a brand new clip from the film; Let’s take a look.
We’ve recently received the news about the release of Lionsgate Films “Hellboy” on Digital and Blu-ray and there is a whole lot to digest about this exciting release. The film itself was a reboot of the franchise and was met with a solid approval from the comic book fans. Take a look down below and I will return at the close.
The Press Release:
It’s time to give evil some hell when Hellboy arrives on Digital July 9 and on 4K Ultra HD Combo Pack (plus Blu-ray and Digital), Blu-ray Combo Pack (plus DVD and Digital), DVD, and On Demand July 23 from Lionsgate. Based on Mike Mignola’s smash-hit comic book series from Dark Horse and written for the screen by Andrew Cosby (TV’s “Eureka”), the horrifying vision filled with monsters and mayhem is directed by Neil Marshall (The Descent, TV’s “Game of Thrones”) and stars Golden Globe® nominee David Harbour (2018, Best Supporting Actor – Drama Series, “Stranger Things”) as the iconic half-demon superhero, Hellboy. “A horrifyingly good time” (William Bibbiani, TheWrap), the film also stars Milla Jovovich (Resident Evil franchise, The Fourth Kind), Golden Globe® winner Ian McShane (2005, Best Actor – Drama, “Deadwood”), Sasha Lane (American Honey), Daniel Dae Kim (TV’s “Lost,” TV’s “Hawaii Five-O,” Insurgent), and Academy Award® nominee Thomas Haden Church (2004, Best Supporting Actor, Sideways). Additionally, the film features the talents of Academy Award®-winning special effects makeup artist Joel Harlow (2010, Best Makeup and Hairstyling, Star Trek) and world-renowned prosthetics artist Norman Cabrera (Planet of the Apes, TV’s “The Walking Dead”), bringing Mignola’s wise-cracking demon and other creepy creatures to life.
Sequels and prequels and continuations many years later are no longer something new when it comes to popular film franchises. Last year we saw “Halloween” returning with a film that discounted all of the films passed the first one and now John Rambo (played by Sylvester Stallone) has returned for the “final” installment in his Rambo series of high-action films. This one takes place some years after the fourth installment but I am not sure how much time has actually passed. Either way, the teaser trailer is here for us to examine so let’s get to that.
As I’ve shared some clips and visuals from the Lionsgate Pictures “John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum” film already, I’ll just ask you to click that highlighted text to see anything that’s come before this alert. Today I’m here to share that the film is opening up today in theaters everywhere.
