“Avast ye lubbers, tis time to set your sights on sailing ships carrying gold, so down yer rum and be off to the high seas with yer Cap’n”. Yes my friends, Captain Jack Sparrow returns in his latest adventure as “Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales” opens today. Give a glance to the poster, the premise and the cast and I’ll close out with a few thoughts.
It’s been a few months since I posted the teaser trailer for the upcoming live-action Disney adventure “Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales” and when I saw that another was posted on their official Channel the other day I wanted to keep the process going and share it with you here below. This film opens in May sometime so I am not sure we will see a “Final Trailer” type of thing but let’s see what happens. Enjoy.
Captain Jack Sparrow is pursued by an old rival, Armando Salazar, who along with his Spaniard Navy ghost crew has escaped from the Devil’s Triangle, and is determined to kill every pirate at sea. Jack seeks the Trident of Poseidon, a powerful artifact that grants its possessor total control over the seas, in order to defeat Salazar. (care of Wiki).

PiercingMetal Thoughts: Now I did promise a little more personal insight once the full trailer was released and here we go. I liked this one a lot since it shows some of the backstory that drives this chapter in the POTC franchise. We also see a young Jack which should make some interesting moments as well. There seem to be some truly unique characters in this one and did you see the undead shark? Whew. So what did you readers think of the trailer? Has this firmed up your interest in the film. Let me know what you think down in the comments below.
In an effort to really build up the popular film media side of the outlet, I’ve decided to add the occasional trailer for the live-action Disney films which I did for “Maleficent” some time ago. When I saw the teaser trailer for the 5th and I believe final chapter in the “Pirates of The Caribbean” franchise I knew I wanted to lend some time to this one as well. I loved all of the preceding films and found them to be good ole adventures fun so here is the teaser trailer for “Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales”.
