This May, Netflix will premiere a “zombie heist film” that was based on a story by Zack Snyder. It stars Dave Bautista who most know from being Drax The Destroyer at this point and a brief teaser clip has just gone live. Let’s take a look. I’ve also listed the casting and some promotional art.
Since I am NOT the biggest gamer out there, I am really behind when it comes to the “Mortal Kombat” franchise. I did see the first film but that feels like a forever ago and now Warner Brothers has decided to reboot said franchise and start us off with this exciting new chapter. This trailer is listed as restricted so when you click below you will be transported over to YouTube.com directly. Can’t control that my friends but do come back for some light premise, the casting and promotional poster art and my closing opinion on the matter.
A washed-up mixed martial arts fighter named Cole Young is unaware of his hidden lineage or why he is being hunted down by Sub-Zero of the Lin-Kuei clan of assassins. Well my fellow geeks, we’ve done it and helped this grand news happen. After almost three months in theaters, Marvel Studios film “Avengers: Endgame” has become to Highest Grossing Film of All Time with an achievement of $2.789 billion dollars. It’s topped the long-standing “Avatar” film which has held the title since 2009 and had achieved $2.787 billion dollars during its full theatrical run. Now according to my reading, “Avatar” was in the theaters for a lot longer than “Avengers: Endgame” has been so far so who knows if the film will reach the $3 billion dollar mark when all is said and done. Let’s take a look at the main poster, premise and massive casting once more before continuing.
Do not adjust your internet feed or monitor screen because you are not at all imagining things. Yes, “Avengers: Endgame” is a film that has already been released and actually just completed its first box-office run on 6/20. The film was nothing short of a blockbuster draw and has brought in $2.751 billion dollars in ticket sales since opening. It is listed as the second highest grossing film of all time, falling short of 2009’s “Avatar” by only $37 million dollars. Today the film is being re-released with additional footage and a bonus scene or two which as you recall were not a part of the first film if you were among the throngs that saw it during the first go round. If you’d like to see any of our posts related to the film so far you can click HERE to peruse them. Please be mindful of the spoilers which might be in some since the films been out for some time already. This run will be limited and not at every movie house you see so check your listings and rally the charge with a hearty #AvengersAssemble
