Prepare For “Crisis On Earth X” On The CW Network

The news about this seasons four part crossover for The CW Network of superhero shows was recently announced as being “Crisis On Earth-X” so I secured the poster and the premise for you down below. I’ve also listed most of the cast who will be appearing on the “Supergirl”, “The Flash”, “Arrow” and “Legends Of Tomorrow” shows so dig in.

The Premise: Barry Allen and Iris West’s friends come to Central City for their wedding, only for the event to be disrupted by Nazi invaders from the parallel world Earth-X, including fascist doppelgängers of Barry’s allies Oliver Queen and Kara Danvers and enemy Eobard Thawne, who come to Earth-1 with a deadly agenda. In addition, the superheroes from Earth-X, including Citizen Cold (a doppelgänger of Leonard Snart) and The Ray, also arrive to help Barry and his friends to stop them. (thanks Wiki)

Prometheus-X, the Earth-X version of Prometheus, will appear in the episodes

PiercingMetal Thoughts: Last year’s “Invasion” story line was pretty good but I will have to say that I am super interested in this one since I know that Earth-X is the world in the Multiverse for the Freedom Fighters who I always enjoyed in the comics. Despite their very limited run of a series. I’ll cross my fingers that we get Uncle Sam somewhere in this or Human Bomb at least. Good characters that would make for interesting crossovers on this and future episodes. I still watch all four of the shows and am curious to see how Black Lightning will do when it makes its premiere. What about you readers? Are you enjoying these programs and does this new crossover event pique your interest? Let me know down below.

The Premise:
Six months after the events of the first season, after a singularity event, the Flash is recognized as Central City’s hero. Harrison Wells’ parallel universe counterpart, and his daughter Jesse (Violett Beane), work to help Barry and his friends stop Zoom. Joe and his daughter, Iris (Candice Patton), struggle with their shared painful past related to their family, especially after the arrival of Iris’s brother Wally West (Keiynan Lonsdale), whom Francine West (Vanessa A. The San Diego Comic Con for 2016 would be ending today and one of the things that I have already noted in several posts is how this convention keeps me busy tossing together posts about trailers for upcoming films or the skimpiest of teaser clips. While we’ve attended to many of the awesome movies that are coming down the pike, its time to pay a little mind to the television shows that feature these colorful characters. I’m continuing on with The CW Television Network since they have not one, but five different DC Comics shows airing during the week. “The Flash” was the second offering and it begins its third season in October. Here is the trailer for this upcoming season.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: I pretty much loved everything about The Flash during its first and second seasons with a minor storytelling grumble every now and again. Nothing too crucial to lament here for you readers. It was a good one and the show was a lot more fun that the previously discussed “Arrow” season. I think their adventures into “Flashpoint” territory can really bring us some entertaining television. If you haven’t watched this one yet, its also on Netflix and a whole lot of fun. Even the younger viewer in your household can watch this because a lot of the goings on are not as grim as we find them being on “Arrow”. Let me know what you thought of this seasons trailer in the comments below. I will continue along with this process tomorrow because I am on a mini-vacation and its super hot outside and a pool beckons my attention. See you then.
