Marvel Comics First Issues Coming In November 2016

Well hello you Marvel Maniacs, it’s time to get excited about some more comic books that will be coming this month from the House Of Ideas and there are quite a few interesting first issues hitting the stands in November. Hopefully a lot of you were able to enjoy some of the offerings from “Halloween Comicfest” which was this past weekend because there were some interesting titles to choose from and all with some kind of spooky theme to them. I have a handful to sit and read once time allows and considering how many Marvels are coming out this month I better find some quiet time soon. Many of these offerings will also have a special variant cover to enjoy and add to your collection if you jump to those things. Among them you can look for “Action Figure” variants, “Captain America 75th Anniversary” variants, “Black Panther 50th Anniversary” variants and “Hip-Hop Cover” variants. Too bad Marvel Comics doesn’t feel like doing some Rock and Metal variants but I guess my pocket doesn’t’ get as empty by them not doing that. Here are the first issues and some special editions coming in November. As usual the press copy is taken from Marvels side of the fence along with the cover art. Enjoy.

“Vengeance is coming”……that’s the tagline for this fourth season of “Agents of SHIELD” on ABC and as previously discussed the meting out of justice comes care of the one and only Ghost Rider. Check out some art and the brief low down below.

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 4 Teaser from SDCC 2016

poster-agents-of-shield-s4

The San Diego Comic Con might be over as you read this but as I have already mentioned, when this convention happens I find myself busy tossing together posts about trailers for upcoming films or the skimpiest of teaser clips and another one of the reveals was for the upcoming season of “Marvel’s Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.”. Check it out below and then I will offer some quick thoughts.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: For me I think that “AOS” is treading water at this point but its not for lack of trying. I think a little more connection to the Marvel Universe is needed and considering the visage at the close of the teaser we are going to get just that in the form of Ghost Rider. Personally speaking I think I would rather see him back on the big screen but without Nicholas Cage in the role and without whoever wrote that last horrendous film. With all the great MCU films, its time to take a walk on the dark side don’t you think? Hopefully we will see a trailer with a bit more “oomph” to it soon. What do you readers think about the inclusion of Ghost Rider on “AOS”, do you watch the show at all? Let me know in the comments section below.
