Hopefully you’ve been enjoying the presentations so far from the 2017 NY Comic Con. I’ve been serving up a lot of posts already which you can keep pace with my clicking on THIS LINK. Now with my Day One posts all locked into place on the website, I wanted to share this little bit of awesome that is available from the fine folks at Eaglemoss Collections. Check it out.
Presenting the “Back To The Future” DeLorean Time Machine that was driven by Doc Brown and Marty McFly in the hit trilogy of films. This latest offering is a subscription serviced item where each month you get a piece of the completed model. In due time you will have the full vehicle but please be aware that this will not help you jump from era to era as its only about a foot or so in length. It might send some of your to scale action figures on great adventures but I guess that stuff will be as shared by those who choose to model them with this. Enjoy the photos.
Welcome back my friends, you have safely arrived at the second chapter of my coverage of the NY Comic Con. I’m still on the Day One stuff and if you’ve missed any of the posts that preceded this one, just click on THIS LINK as it will open a battery of content for you. I’ll make sure to add this tag to every intro going forward so its easier to keep up with the fun but now let’s get right back into the mix of NYCC 2017. I’m still wandering around the area known as “The Block” and sometimes I find some interesting stuff around here. Let’s continue with the help of this horrific looking Venom. You know he has a movie coming out next year as well.
You might have seen a few glances of this coming very soon line in our Toy Fair posts on the website or on our Official Instagram, now that I’ve a proper press release and a score of images allow me to present the Eaglemoss Collections “The Alien & Predator” Figurine Collection.
The Press Release:
Eaglemoss Collections Teams with Fox Filmed Entertainment for the Official Alien & Predator Figurine Collection
In celebration of one of science fiction’s most loved and enduring series of films, Eaglemoss Collections has joined with Fox Filmed Entertainment to answer the demands of generations of sci-fi fans with the introduction of the first and only authorized collection of figurines based on characters from the Alien, Predator, AVP and Prometheus movie franchises.
Well hello there again my readers I’m glad that you’re still rocking along with the ride that is the continuing visual examination from the 2016 NY Comic Con. I’m up to the final presentation from my “Day Three” attendance and as you saw in a previous chapter I just poked around the Artist Alley. With this closing group I’ll be checking out another sight or two in The Block and then heading down to a space known as “Cosplay Corridor”. If you are just now joining into the proceedings please click on THIS LINK first since it will bring you a rundown of all the chapters that have been posted before this one. Let’s get these visuals started in the best fashion with this glimpse of the stunning Steamed Eggs Cosplayer. I call her “Steamie” and she is drop-dead gorgeous in her Psylocke outfit. She was doing a shoot with one of the many photographers you will find at this convention.
Hello again my fellow Trekkies, I’m so glad that you have beamed over to the Javits Center with me for my continuing exploration into the “Star Trek: Mission New York” convention. The event took over the famed convention center this past weekend and I’m continuing on with the second batch of fifty visuals for your data banks. Like many of the conventions nowadays, there is an app for that and many have downloaded the Star Trek Mission New York one because they could connect to their respective social networks and each other for the sake of better interaction. Prep the landing party we are heading to surface.
With the “Star Trek” original series hitting its 50th Anniversary, we saw a lot of popular games with their own specialty edition to be purchased. For instance here is a Trivial Pursuit that is dedicated to the five year mission.
