So another Super Bowl is on the books as completed and yes, the New England Patriots bested the Los Angeles Rams for Super Bowl LIII in a very low scoring (and super boring) game, winning 13-3. Truth be told I’m not a sports fan at all but I tuned in sporadically to see what trailers might manifest. Considering that we’ve already recently got updated trailers for “Godzilla: King Of The Monsters” and “Spider-Man: Far From Home”, I was not expecting more than a tease of some kind with newer footage that we might not have seen somewhere else. Across the course of the game, we would get what were listed as “Big Game Spots” for both “Avengers: Endgame” and “Captain Marvel” and with the two clips barely surpassing a minute in length when played back to back, I’ve placed them both into a single post for your enjoyment. I’ve also added the premise for one and listed the cast in our tags as opposed to a rundown since there were too many people to type at this late hour.
It was just over a month ago that we shared the second trailer for the upcoming “Captain Marvel” film from Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures and if you missed our post and thoughts about it based on the holidays, just click HERE to see it. I had to admit that it was awesome and that is where I color myself surprised at the reveal of a “First Look” clip which surfaced only a few hours ago. Let’s take a look at this brief clip and then follow it with the premise, casting and another one of the exciting posters for the film.
The Premise: Set in the mid-1990s, Captain Marvel follows Carol Danvers, a former U.S. Air Force fighter pilot, as she turns into one of the galaxy’s mightiest heroes and joins Starforce, an elite Kree military team, before returning home with new questions about her past and identity when the Earth is caught in the center of an intergalactic conflict between two alien worlds. Superhero fans around the world will be able to give themselves an early Christmas present (or a late Hanukkah present depending on which you follow) based on the opening of the film “Aquaman” which continues Warner Brothers Pictures “DC Extended Universe”. I’ve discussed the film a few times here on the website in terms of the Final Trailer (seen HERE) and some awesome Promotional Posters (seen HERE). Let’s reflect on the Theatrical Poster, Premise and Ensemble Cast down below before I close out with some editorial.
It was pretty exciting news to learn that the second trailer for the upcoming Marvel Studio film “Captain Marvel” was going to air this evening and well, outside of the need to determine when it would come to light during the football game……on that I say “Go Sports”, since I don’t follow any of that stuff at all. Now, without any further adieu, here is the latest trailer for Marvel’s “Captain Marvel”…..hold onto your hats!

I recently shared the “Final Trailer” for the upcoming Warner Brothers Pictures feature “Aquaman” and if you missed that for some reason please click HERE because it was really good and left me even more excited for the film. Since we are just under a month away, I felt it would be fun to share a number of the promotional posters with you in a single post. I’ll start off with the Official Theatrical and then reshare some you might have seen already before getting to the brand new stuff. Enjoy.
