If you missed that post, then please click HERE to see the whole thing. Since that time, there has been some alarming news that you are most probably aware of if you are not living under a rock. Of course, this actually seems like a safe place considering but I digress. Please read on.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: And so it begins. I think fans of the tours best get ready for more news along these lines as this brand-new and apparently deadly virus starts making the rounds. So far many regions are unscathed but considering how much travel goes on and how few people pay attention to warning signs its better to be careful. Pay attention to your surroundings and do by all means wash your hands after everything. For the duration I will be adopting a positive thumbs-up method of hello as opposed to shaking anyone’s hand. Considering I am not neurotic like some of my friends this should cite how serious I am taking the growing concerns about this virus. Be careful out there my friends and to our musical friends in Lacuna Coil, we wish them the safest possible outcome during this scary time. That’s all I have for now, see you next time.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: This sounds like a great time, and those interested in the region are going to want to act fast because this space is rather tight and doesn’t fit a whole bunch of people. I’d be interested in attending this myself because I used to follow the band a bit more closely back in the day and who doesn’t love some Arizona iced tea. It’s been awhile since I’ve been at Sony Square NYC as well with the last time I was there being for a Judas Priest album signing and to help celebrate the release of “Firepower” with their Pop-Up Shop. Check out that adventure by clicking HERE. It was a great thing to find being done and I wish more bands would do things like that but I digress as this post is about Body Count. Before I close this one up you can tell me about how interested you might be in attendance down in the comments section. If you can’t attend based on the logistics just order a copy of the new album care of Amazon.com down below.

“Father Christmas” (Single) by The Unlikely Candidates

Artist: The Unlikely Candidates
Title: “Father Christmas” (Single)
Label: Century Media Records
Release Date: 11/9/2018
Genre: Holiday Rock
Rating: 4/5

The Alt-Rock band The Unlikely Candidates have offered up their take on the 1977 holiday classic “Father Christmas” which was an original composition by the legendary British Rock band The Kinks. This was my first time hearing the band do anything and I was glad to find a holiday track from them since around this time of the year I love to offer up spirited narratives that fit best with the season. The original Kinks version surely rocks but how did The Unlikely Candidates do with it? Let’s discuss.
