It seems as though there are at least a few Horror movies coming out to offer a bit of a buffer zone between the big screen superhero films and now the “Child’s Play” franchise begins anew with a brand new sinister toy. I shared the second trailer back in April so in case you missed it just click HERE to check it out. The remake of the premise opens today in theaters everywhere. Let’s revisit the premise and casting after you see the poster.
With the film opening up sometime in June of this year, I was pretty much expecting a second trailer to share with you all after the first one which I showcased back in February (seen HERE in case you missed it). Now, let’s let Orion Pictures introduce the masses of the media and the world to their new best friend……
It’s without question that we live in a media world of sequels, reboots, re-imaginings and the like and we’ve seen new takes on “Friday The 13th” and “It” features over the last few years so why would a franchise such as “Child’s Play” be spared. Just recently the folks at Orion Pictures released the first trailer for the upcoming reboot of “Child’s Play”, which is a movie about a murderous doll. I’ve added the trailer to our Pop Culture focuses to appease the Horror genre loving readers so let’s take a look.
We’ve been lauding the arrival of the Sony Animated feature “Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse” for a few months now and only recently shared some super cool promotional posters with the readership. You can check those out by clicking THIS LINK in the event you missed it, and not to worry because the second Official Trailer is in there as a link as well. I’ve tried to cover all the bases for your ease of enjoyment. Anyway, before I lose too much track of the point – the film opens today in theaters everywhere. Let’s review the Theatrical Poster, premise and cast before I close out with some editorial opinion.
It’s been a couple of months since the share of the second Official Trailer for the soon to open computer animated feature “Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse”, and if you were sleeping in that day and missed it, please click HERE because I want you to be on point about this one as best as possible. The film features the Miles Morales Spider-Man who is a super hot comic book character at the moment and it was cool to see Sony Pictures giving him the chance to shine. As you know, Sony holds the license for the Marvel Comics property and has begun to build their own Spider-Verse with this feature and most recently “Venom” (which was a live-action film). To help celebrate the opening of the film, I’ve culled together a number of the promotional posters that I found on assorted film mediums. I’ll start with the teaser poster and close us out with the Official Theatrical one. Now, check them out….and by all means enjoy.
