It looks like we will not have to wait until the summer time to have what seems to be one of the hottest concert touring packages as Def Leppard recently announced their North American tour with special guests Poison and Tesla. Check out the full press release and dates below the poster and then I’ll return with some additional thoughts on it.

There’s a great buzz around the band right now and we’re loving the fact that we can do this with the latest album being so well received.”
In conjunction with the announcement of their North American tour, Def Leppard also premieres the live video for “Animal” via Brave Words. Click here to view, we encourage you to post and share! Bret Michaels will perform his hits for free for all in attendance as a part of the Fox & Friends “All-American Summer Concert Series” for 2015. This is a great way to start your day and enjoy some awesome live music. As this event is super early, I suggest a timely arrival to get the best possible space.
At this point in time do I really need to say that I see a lot of concerts during the course of the year? I hope not because this one of the key factors that makes up my daily life as founder of the PiercingMetal brand. That said ?I wanted to once again use the Official Blog for the site to highlight a number of the shows that I attended during 2013 that I felt were the absolute best experiences. They’re not really in order of impact or importance but there are a few at the top that did hit me the hardest. Here we go.
1. Metallica @ The Apollo Theater: Thrashing like a maniac in Harlem? Yeah that happened. Classic set and free beer for the whole show. No complaints here.
2. Kamelot @ Stage 48: Returning to the headlining stage with Delain as support and Eklipse. This was a righteous show for sure. My belief in this band was reinforced yet again. I was not surprised in this.
3. Eddie Trunk 30th Anniversary Bash: Another one that I was super fortunate to participate in because an all-star jam with members of KISS, Overkill, Twisted Sister, Accept, Anthrax, Stryper, Guns n Roses and so many more is just impossible to qualify as being “an okay time”. This was insanity.
4. Trans-Siberian Orchestra @ Prudential Center: The final go round for the “Lost Christmas Eve” tour premise. Always a bombastic spectacle that needs seeing for believing.
The Details: Bret Michaels is the voice behind the legendary Glam Rock band Poison and while the band he is most famously known for seems to be taking a break, Bret himself is keeping busy with a new Reality TV show called “Rock My RV” and has just released a new CD entitled “Jammin’ With Friends”. He is also going to be making a one night only appearance in NYC at the famous B.B. King Blues Club and Grill and thanks to the venues Marketing Masterminds, some lucky PiercingMetal readers are going to be hitting the show for free. Just read further down on how to participate in this particular contest. You know this ain’t going to be “Nothin’ But A Good Time” so join me and all the rest of the “Fallen Angels” as we “Cry Tough” at the top of our lungs (I’m sorry, I just had to go there).
