Guns N’ Roses Adds More U.S. Shows To “Not In This Lifetime” Tour

If you were wondering to yourself if Guns N’ Roses were going to keep on adding dates to their “Not In This Lifetime” tour then wonder no more as some additional dates have been added. Read on down below for the full skinny.

Guns N’ Roses is bringing their outrageously successful Not In This Lifetime Tour back to the U.S this fall – and for the first time in 2019. With fans hungry for more GNR, today the band revealed eight new dates across the United States, kicking off September 25th in Charlotte, NC. The shows include two back-to-back nights on Friday, November 1st and Saturday, November 2nd in Las Vegas at the legendary Colosseum at Caesars Palace, their most intimate venue since the 2017 performance at The Apollo Theater. Tickets go on sale for the newly announced dates to the general public starting Friday, June 21 at 10:00am local time at LiveNation.com.

These eight shows join a previously revealed run of major festivals that will bring the band to cities across the United States, along with two colossal stadium dates in Mexico. The wide range of festivals GNR will hit include Louder Than Life Festival, Austin City Limits, Exit 111 Festival, and Voodoo Festival.

Guns N’ Roses To Continue “Not In This Lifetime” Tour In Europe For Summer

With the news about the “Locked N’ Loaded” Boxed Set coming from Guns N Roses to celebrate thirty years of “Appetite For Destruction” being as long a press release as it was, I decided to clip the European Tour notes and add them in a brand new post. That other item was so darned long, I just had to do it and give you all a little bit of a respite. If you didn’t see that announcement yet click HERE). Now onto the notes about the European gigs.

The band’s ongoing success of the ‘Not In This Lifetime’ worldwide tour now become the 4th spot on the list of the most successful tours in music history on its first two years with no sign of slowing down. The next leg of the highly successful and anticipated World Tour continues in Europe in June & July 2018 and from what we hear, onto the fall.

Universal Music just announced the big GNR news which is a massive boxed set that celebrates the 30th Anniversary of their now historic debut album “Appetite For Destruction”. Check out the lengthy press release below.

On June 29, Geffen/UMe celebrates one of rock’s most important bands, Guns N’ Roses, with the release of Appetite For Destruction: Locked N’ Loaded Edition box set. Commemorating the band’s highly influential album debut Appetite For Destruction, this lavish box set is the ultimate GnFnR fan’s dream fulfilled.

Appetite will also be released in concurrent multiple configurations, Appetite For Destruction will be made available in a 4CD/1Blu-ray Audio Super Deluxe Edition with a 96 page book featuring unreleased photos from Axl Rose’s personal archive, a 2CD Deluxe Edition, 2LP 180-gram heavyweight vinyl edition, 1 CD remaster, and digital download/streaming equivalents.

Following the group’s 1985 formation, Guns N’ Roses injected unbridled attitude into the burgeoning Los Angeles rock scene. They went on to captivate the entire world with the July 21, 1987 release of Appetite For Destruction, which remains the best-selling U.S. debut album ever, moving over 30 million copies globally. Guns ‘N Roses To Perform Private Concert at The Apollo For SiriusXM Subscribers

Based on the overall awesomeness in this press release, I’m going to keep my introduction to a brief – CHECK THIS OUT!!!!

SiriusXM announced today that legendary rock band Guns N’ Roses will perform at Harlem’s world famous Apollo Theater for a special invitation-only concert for SiriusXM subscribers on Thursday, July 20. Howard Stern made the announcement today during his live SiriusXM show The Howard Stern Show.

The exclusive SiriusXM concert marks the first time that Guns N’ Roses will perform at the iconic venue. The special event, taking place before the next leg of the band’s North American “Not In This Lifetime” tour, will air live nationwide on SiriusXM’s Guns N’ Roses Radio. The concert will also air live on Howard Stern’s Howard 101 channel.

SiriusXM’s Guns N’ Roses Radio will feature music from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees’ entire iconic career, including the 1987 Appetite for Destruction album, which is celebrating its 30thanniversary. The SiriusXM channel will also include music by artists who have influenced Guns N’ Roses, live tracks and rarities.

The guys in Guns ‘N Roses have been steamrolling the music loving masses during their “Not In This Lifetime” Tour and while I didn’t share news on the initial dates, I’m correcting that at the announcement of numerous additional appearances. Take a look at the bands brief website statement and then start marking your calendar with which show or shows you will be attending.
