Sony Pictures Presents: “Resident Evil: The Final Chapter” Official Teaser Trailer (2017)

I greatly enjoyed the “Resident Evil” films that starred Milla Jovovich as they were tons of creepy and action packed fun. Most of you know that these films are based on the popular video game franchise and now we have arrived at the series “final” chapter. The first teaser trailer was released a couple of days ago so check it out below. I’ll return with some thoughts afterwards.

The Synopsis:
Picking up immediately after the events in Resident Evil: Retribution, humanity is on its last legs after Alice is betrayed by Wesker in Washington D.C. As the only survivor of what was meant to be humanity’s final stand against the undead hordes, Alice must return to where the nightmare began – Raccoon City, where the Umbrella Corporation is gathering its forces for a final strike against the only remaining survivors of the apocalypse. In a race against time Alice will join forces with old friends, and an unlikely ally, in an action packed battle with undead hordes and new mutant monsters. Between losing her superhuman abilities and Umbrella’s impending attack, this will be Alice’s most difficult adventure as she fights to save humanity, which is on the brink of oblivion. (thanks Wiki).

The Cast:
Milla Jovovich as Alice
Ali Larter as Claire Redfield
Shawn Roberts as Albert Wesker
Iain Glen as Dr. Alexander Isaacs
Ruby Rose as Abigail
Eoin Macken as Doc
William Levy as Christian
Lee Joon-ki as Lee
Rola as Cobalt
Fraser James as Michael
Ever Gabo Anderson as Alicia Marks / Red Queen

PiercingMetal Thoughts: This looks like a lot of the same action packed stuff that was loaded into the first few films but I am going to reserve my overall viewpoints until a longer trailer is made public. Did you readers like what was teased? Have you at any time followed this series? You can toss a quick thought down in the comments below and save the larger opinion for the full on trailer like I am doing. See you next time.
