So it wasn’t too long ago that I shared the nominees for the Crunchyroll Anime Awards with the readership and I am back already with the winners of these awards. Unless I am mistaken, this is the first go round for such an award and for those who don’t know much about Crunchyroll let me explain that they are a leading facilitator in the streaming of Anime content. I guess the layman might view them as the Netflix of Anime only which is pretty cool. In the interest of time, I’ve repeated the full list of nominees with the winners highlighted in the list. PiercingMetal Thoughts: Wow. Looks like “Yuri On Ice” is the big winner in these awards for this year as they took home “7” of the awards and there were only “14” categories. With my mentioning that I am a bit lacking in the Anime genre, I think I should be starting with watching “Yuri On Ice” since its so popular. I would have expected “My Hero Academia” to win a few awards as well since so many fans of this stuff talk about it to me. I’ll close up this topic now but I wonder what you Anime fans think about the winners. Did you take the time to vote when I posted about that opportunity? If you did, who did you select for some of the winners in the big categories? Chime in down below and as usual I shall see you again soon.
