Playstation Presents: “Resident Evil 2” Launch Trailer

With Toy Fair rapidly approaching and my being involved in setting up all of the necessary appointments to do that convention right, I’m happy to share the recently release “Launch Trailer” for the brand-new remake of the classic “Resident Evil” video game. It’s rather intense so don’t watch alone or in a super dark room if you spook easily. Here we go.

About The Game: Resident Evil 2 is a survival horror game developed and published by Capcom. The game follows rookie police officer Leon S. Kennedy and college student Claire Redfield as they attempt to escape from Raccoon City during a zombie apocalypse. It is a remake of the 1998 game Resident Evil 2. Unlike the original, which uses tank controls and fixed camera angles, the remake features “over-the-shoulder” third-person shooter gameplay similar to Resident Evil 4. (c/o Wiki).

PiercingMetal Thoughts: So I should admit that while I love the stuff, I am really not as much the gamer as a number of my friends are. I’ve owned a PS3 for years but at the time it was to have the means to watch Blu-ray discs and access streaming things on my television which believe it or not isn’t a Smart TV (I know so ancient at the Metal Media Command HQ). The trailer sure does generate interest for me so who knows perhaps I will start playing after an upgrade to the system but that is all I can say at the moment. As I close up I wonder what you think of the trailer and the remake of the game itself if you don’t mind. Will you be picking this one up or have you already completed it? I’ve embedded some links down below that you might find of interest as well. Now its back to the everything else, see you next time.
