Though I cannot say I am all that up on their sound, a lot of my friends are among the diehards and that means you talk about big tour appearances or announcements so here we go. Phish has recently announced the skinny on this years New Year’s Eve shows at the famed Madison Square Garden. Dig in.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: I really have to try and catch this band before they decide they need to take a few years off or that it has been a job well done. I have a couple of live concert CD’s that my friends copied for me. Oh don’t worry they were recorded at the shows much like what used to be done for the Grateful Dead gigs and is applauded by the band. They do have some serious talent and it would be awesome to add them to the context of our concert narratives. What do you fans think of the announcement? Will you be at one, two, three or all four of these shows? Let me know in the comments section.
