PiercingMetal Thoughts: I really don’t have a lot of stuff to add about a pairing like this one. I mean come on, Opeth is a staggering live act on their own in terms of the musicality that they bring to the table and then let’s add the power of In Flames who are legends in their own right. The show could only feature these two bands and be well worth every penny that it costs the fans but we are getting a third act in the lead off talent of Red Fang. I think they are something that you want to check out as well and believe me my friends – with the way that ticket prices are going ever higher you might want to enjoy as much of the show as you can since you paid for it after all. I think its going to be awesome to hear some new music from the two headliners since each of them will have new albums out by the time the tour happens as Opeth has “Pale Communion” coming out while In Flames has “Siren Charms”. I’ve embedded links to Amazon.com below for you so you can order a copy in advance and have it heading your way ASAP. So what do you think of these acts teaming up for a brief but surely killer tour?
