It was back in August that we got a look at the Official Trailer for “Terminator: Dark Fate” which you can see HERE in case you somehow missed it. Not only is this film the latest installment in the “Terminator” franchise but its helmed by James Cameron who should know a thing or two about the characters. The film opens today in theaters everywhere and as you might or might not be aware, is a sequel of sorts to “Terminator 2: Judgement Day”. This means it dispatches all the other films much like the most recent “Halloween” did. Before you head out onto your day, here is the Official Poster, premise and casting along with a few other select visual treats.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: The only Terminator film that I missed was the one called “Salvation” and I am not sure how that even happened since I’ve enjoyed most of what the franchise is all about. I still remember how excited the comic collecting geeks (myself included) were when the “Terminator” license went to the folks at Dark Horse comics and brought new exciting tales to the illustrated page. I am definitely going to see this in the cinema but I don’t think I can get to it until next week sometime so I might just wait for that Wednesday matinee that you find me checking into on socials and the like. What about you readers? Are you planning on seeing this film on its opening weekend or will you be waiting a little bit to see what the reviewers have to say about it. Chime in down below and as usual if you end up seeing this, please don’t post any spoilers to plot. I’d also advise that the mildly curious no longer click on the Wikipedia link since it will be completely loaded with the story at this point. See you next time.
