Marvel Comics First Issues Coming March 2017

Based on how the day started I am wondering if March will come in like a lamb and go out like a lion since usually the scenario is reversed but whatever will be the case welcome to our first installment in our “March Media Madness” posts. Yeah with a Metal report I cite “March Metal Madness” but that is only for the show narratives and with the comic book stuff we need something else but I digress. March is indeed here and on this balmy day a whole bevy of cool Marvel Comics first issues are coming down the pike. Today is also New Comic Book Day so you want to get to or call your shop to reserve what you prefer to not miss out on a copy. Here we go and oh yeah before I forget, in March a whole lot of titles will have their covers “VENOMIZED” to celebrate the return of Eddie Brock with the dreaded symbiote. If you want to see all of those covers just click on THIS LINK.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: Looking over the list I will quickly say that I will be most interested in the “Man-Thing” title but I am not too sure about having him speak at all since I grew up with the character being silent and mysterious. Let’s see how that pans out. I didn’t read “The Clone Conspiracy” storyline so I might just leaf through that one on the stands but the “Monsters Unleashed” stuff has been fun along with its One-Shot issues. I’ll give a glance also to the “Prime” titles that were unveiled for the month as well. It will be interesting to see where these go. Lastly, with the “Iron Fist” Netflix series coming up very soon I will give a glance into the pages of that title. I loved “Powerman and Iron Fist” back in the original day. So what about you readers? Is there anything on this month’s Marvel Comics list that suits your fancy? Let me know in the comments section below.
