“I don’t want to reveal too much, but my goal with the story is to have maximum fun with two characters that are both really sweet and really cool people who are fan favorites (and faves of mine), and to put them both in some delightful awkward and uncomfortable situations where they have to stretch to the limits of their abilities,” Ewing teased to the Tribune.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: Growing up as a comic collector of a certain time, one of my very favorite titles was “Marvel Team-Up” because it featured the Amazing Spider-Man and some other character that made the story all the more interesting. I think one of the things that I liked about it the most was the fact that it was often a very unique character that needed some attention. Some of these highlights were with The Shroud, Son Of Satan, Werewolf By Night, Fantastic Four, X-Men, Moon Knight and so many more. I think I have a complete run of that first series but its been packed away in a long box for so long I no longer remember. I am curious to see what they do with this new series and wonder if it will be Spider-Man and someone else all the time or will they try to keep it interesting and mix it up by teaming assorted heroes across the run. What do you think and who are some of the characters that you’d like to see them putting on call? Chime in down below and I will see you next time around.
