Ghost Announces US Return For Fall “Popestar Tour” 2016

Are you among the believers yet? Have you joined into The Flock and are now consumed by the macabre majesty that is the band Ghost? If not then I am happy to share with you that there is still time for you to atone into these sins because the band shall be returning to “bless us” with their brand of darkness in the Fall. They’re calling this run over North America as “The Popestar Tour” and there are 36 blasphemous dates to choose from. Go once, go twice or thrice. Just make sure you go and bear witness to the happening.

Last year the band released the album “Meliora” and they even won a Grammy Award for the “Best Metal Performance” with the song “Cirice” from that album. There is no denying their hypnotic and arcane powers. It’s only a matter of time before all fall under their thrall so you might as well not wait any longer to convert during one of their shows. They are closing this run at the Kings Theatre in Brooklyn and as I write this I have not been there yet. I am going to be checking out Whitesnake there in a few days but right now this is a brand new space for me to see a band. If it’s an old massive theater then a band like Ghost should go over quite well. I wouldn’t wait on getting yourself tickets either since the band generally sells out quick.

Tickets will go on sale beginning June 17 at 10AM local time. Even more exciting, tickets purchased for select shows will include a digital download of new music that will be made available the day Ghost’s fall rituals are set to begin. The new music being offered will likely be featured on Ghost’s upcoming EP.
