The other day, Gerard Way (singer of My Chemical Romance) tweeted about the upcoming Pop! Rocks figurines by Funko that will feature his likeness. Well, as he would look as a member of Pop! World. You can take a look at the assorted versions down below and I can only suggest that you get on point if you need these for your collection. I have a feeling that an artist like Way might disappear off the shelves faster than some of the other ones that have come out. For the record, Way is the only member of the band to get a Pop! figurine, the other cats are not represented but oh well, I guess that happens.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: Truth be told, My Chemical Romance was never one of those bands that I followed despite their massive popularity. I like a handful of songs but was never able to catch them in concert or work out doing “that thing I do” at any shows and I never was asked to offer my opinion by anyone working with the band so that leaves me a little clueless when it comes to their inclusion into the Funko Pop! line of figures. If you’re a fan of MCR and Way, please let me know what you think of these figurines and if you’ll be picking them up for your keepsakes. You know where to do that by now I think.
