Hello again my friends, and welcome back to the ongoing presentations from the 2017 NY Comic Con. This is my 8th straight year attending the convention and I was once again doing this as a member of the media which means there is a LOT to attend to. This will mark the first chapter in the Day Two explorations and if you haven’t seen the previous posts please click on THIS LINK as it will open a battery of content for you. I’ll be chiming in as I deem necessary and let’s get started with this menacing Penguin cosplayer.
I thought that this young lady made a terrific Starfire (from the New Teen Titans). What a kind smile.
All hail “The Main Man” aka Lobo. We need a movie with this guy for sure. Maybe sometime after “Justice League” hits we will.
Though her booth was deeper into the main floor than I was at the moment, I wanted to see if my friend Lindsey of Symphony Blush was dressed as anything. She was too busy for me at the moment so I shall be back.
Scott Koblish peruses some art by his contemporaries.
Now I was going to head down this way to see what was going on.
Here’s a great Doctor Strange. We met him when we entered the Autograph Area. This space is where they hold all the celebrity meet and greets and photo ops.
This section also lined out the rules of the convention and some of the stuff they really don’t want you to do.
This sign warns of this practice being done down here and believe me they are serious. I only had my phone in my hand and they said to move along. It was fine, I had plenty of places to do anyway.
Alright my friends, that is the end of Part 1 but stay tuned for another that will be posted tomorrow. Remember that during the course of the convention postings that I will be very active on our social networks so if you aren’t following us on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram you’ll want to get on point. We’d love to have you along with us in this sense if you cannot attend the convention or have friends who are dressed up. I also encourage supporting the website links below from the awesome folks that were discussed in this chapter.
