PiercingMetal Thoughts: Unless I am wrong by a few days, I don’t think that I’ve been to my local comic book store since the second week of March, and that was around when all the alrams started to get raised about the Coronavirus Pandemic. As you all know, everything that was set to happen from that time on and now it seems well into June has been cancelled. There is likely more to come and that makes me wonder how I will get my no longer weekly comic book fix. Sure I’ve been enjoying the free digital provisions that I’ve been discussing from the Dynamite Entertainment side of the fence but I still miss the idea of browsing the shelves with the fresh stock from each of the companies. Now truth be told, I’ve not gone further than my corner grocery store at two week intervals for supplies since all of this started to happen so I am not thinking I will be getting to my local shop and I really don’t know who is even going to be open for this grand occasion. I guess I should look into ordering online for the time being and seeing how that works out. This critical time has really put a dent in so many peoples way of life and its sad to see the news reporting deaths every day so its best to be smart. What do you readers think about the return of DC Comics to the shelves of those who can open their doors? Chime in down below and stay tuned for a similar announcement from Marvel Comics when they send one out. So far I haven’t seen one. See you next time.
