Daughtry Announces Second Leg For Headlining Tour

Fans of Daughtry and his band of merry musicians will be stoked to learn about the second leg of his tour for the upcoming “Cage To Rattle” album. Check out the full press release and dates below.

GRAMMY-nominated rock band Daughtry have announced details for the second leg of their 2018 headlining tour. Set to hit multiple cities across the U.S. and the U.K., Daughtry’s tour dates will kick off on July 21st in Goshen, Indiana and will wrap in December. Tickets will be available for pre-sale through the bands fan club starting today and on sale to the public July 14th at 10:00 AM local time.Please see routing for the tour below. Click HEREto buy!

In addition to the tour, Daughtry are also gearing up to release their new album, Cage To Rattle, on July 27, 2018. The group’s powerful new single “Deep End”is out now!

Said Chris Daughtry, “myself and the band have been working hard to put together what we believe is a great live experience for our fans. We can’t wait to see you on the road!”

Daughtry have released four studio albums, scored four No. 1 hits and garnered 4 GRAMMYnominations. Additionally, the band has sold over 8 million albums and 16 million singles, as well as selling out concerts around the globe. At radio, the band has also earned four No. 1 singles, including the mulit-format hit No. 1 song “It’s Not Over.” Daughtry’s self-titled album was the fastest-selling rock debut in Soundscan history, and its follow up, Leave This Town, marked the quintet’s second consecutive No. 1 album. The band’s third album, Break The Spell,was certified GOLD within four weeks of its release, and their last studio effort, Baptized, produced the certified GOLD single, “Waiting For Superman.”

PiercingMetal Thoughts: I’ve never seen Daughtry in concert but know quite a few friends who have and who enjoy his performances greatly. If I’m able to navigate the time when he hits NYC in October you can count on a show report and images here on the website. The date seems to be close to the time of the NY Comic Con and since I will be attending that mega-event as press, its very time-consuming from beginning to end. Let’s see what happens.
