PiercingMetal Thoughts: Way, way back in the day I had this buddy in High School and he was surely a different sort of dude when it came to music. He liked all this wild Punk, early NYHC and stuff that would come to be the New Wave style and in the mass of records he would bring over to try and make me listen to more than KISS and Van Halen or Judas Priest was Adam and The Ants. I admit that I found it weird back then but over time grew to appreciate its uniqueness. I never got to see him perform and it’s been a curiosity for sure so perhaps I can be a part of the NYC show and scribble up some kind of story for the readers. I realize this isn’t really a Metal act but Adam is truly a legendary musical figure for a great genre and I couldn’t resist spotlighting this new tour news. So what do you readers with the more broader sense of what you enjoy in music think about this one? Will you be looking to check it out? Let me know down in the comments below and especially if you’ve seen him before since I’m very interested in hearing about it. That’s all I have for now, until next time. If they announce an opener for the tour run and I catch the information I will add it to this narrative.
