With the film opening up in just about a week, I was very surprised to find them waiting to release the Final Trailer at this time. Usually we have a few weeks of lead in to absorb it and find the clip making the rounds on television and on websites such as this one but here we are. If you’ve been under a rock for the last few months, “Bohemian Rhapsody” is a film about the Rock Legends Queen and the late, great Freddie Mercury. I’m following the clip with the premise and casting for good measure and I’ll toss some closing thoughts in as well. Let’s take a look.

Synopsis: Described as a foot-stomping celebration of Queen, their music and their extraordinary lead singer Freddie Mercury, who defied stereotypes and shattered convention to become one of the most beloved entertainers on the planet. The film traces the meteoric rise of the band through their iconic songs and revolutionary sound, their near-implosion as Mercury’s lifestyle spirals out of control, and their triumphant reunion on the eve of Live Aid, where Mercury, facing a life-threatening illness, leads the band in one of the greatest performances in the history of rock music. In the process, cementing the legacy of a band that were always more like a family, and who continue to inspire outsiders, dreamers and music lovers to this day.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: I’d like to see this one early in the theatrical run but at the time of this trailer reveal I don’t know my plans. The only film I am locked into is “Halloween” which I am planning on seeing on Halloween during one of the matinees. This trailer was really good and keeps my interest level high and I wonder what you think about it. You can chime in below down in the comments because we love learning what you think about this stuff. As I close this one up, let’s enjoy some fun movie posters that were released.
