20th Century Fox Presents: “Deadpool 2” The Trailer

It’s been a few weeks since we got the “Deadpool 2” trailer that introduced us to Cable so I was happy to find this brand new one being dished out this morning. Let’s keep the banter to a minimum and just get on down with it. Here you go.

Per The YouTube Video Page: After surviving a near fatal bovine attack, a disfigured cafeteria chef (Wade Wilson) struggles to fulfill his dream of becoming Mayberry’s hottest bartender while also learning to cope with his lost sense of taste. Searching to regain his spice for life, as well as a flux capacitor, Wade must battle ninjas, the yakuza, and a pack of sexually aggressive canines, as he journeys around the world to discover the importance of family, friendship, and flavor – finding a new taste for adventure and earning the coveted coffee mug title of World’s Best Lover.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: Remember that the film is NOT about what it says above as we’ve already stated. In examining the new trailer it looks to be a lot of the same that we got in the first film and I am okay with that since they appear to be sticking to character and premise while at the same time expanding the X-Men universe on film. Speaking frankly, I don’t have much else to say on this at the moment but you folks can chime in down below and let me know what you think. I can always comment back to you 🙂

Marvel Studios Presents: “Avengers: Infinity War” Official Trailer #2

I have to admit that I’ve been on a bit of a Marvel Studios high over the last few weeks after seeing “Black Panther”. It was so good and has made over $1.1 billion dollars at the global box office. Have you seen it yet? If you haven’t you are going to want to because it gives us a nice look at Wakanda which I am sure will play some part in the upcoming “Avengers: Infinity War” film that opens on April 27th. Now all the vibe is going to that film and we’ve just received a second trailer for the film. Let’s start off the Friday properly, and watch…..

The Premise: As the Avengers and their allies have continued to protect the world from threats too large for any one hero to handle, a new danger has emerged from the cosmic shadows: Thanos. A despot of intergalactic infamy, his goal is to collect all six Infinity Stones, artifacts of unimaginable power, and use them to inflict his twisted will on all of reality. Everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment – the fate of Earth and existence itself has never been more uncertain. (thanks Wiki).

Paramount Pictures: “A Quiet Place” Official Trailer (2018)

A few short months ago we saw the first “teaser” trailer for the upcoming Paramount Pictures scary movie called “A Quiet Place”. The very short clip intrigued me so I’ve decided to keep on with this one since I’m doing my best to entertain the Horror fans who are reading our missives. Let’s get right on down to this one and dare I say “shhhhhhh” if you know what’s good for you as you enjoy the full on Official Trailer.

The Synopsis: A family living on a farm hides from a supernatural evil attracted to sound by avoiding every noise and communicating in sign language. (thanks Wiki)

Warner Brothers Pictures: “Rampage” Official Trailer #2 (2018)

My introduction for the first trailer sounded so good that I am using it once again for the second trailer, here we go. When I was growing up I wasn’t much of the video game kid. I did have a Colecovision system and a score of games never this one called “Rampage” which is what this upcoming 2018 film is based on. It stars “The Rock” and looks like it could be some quirky giant monster fun. Check out the second trailer below.

The Plot: Primatologist Davis Okoye (Dwayne Johnson), a man who keeps people at a distance, shares an unshakable bond with George, the extraordinarily intelligent, albino silverback gorilla who has been in his care most of its life. But a mysterious genetic experiment mutates this once gentle ape into a raging creature of enormous size. To make matters worse, it’s soon discovered that a wolf (Ralph) and crocodile (Lizzie) have gone under similar changes. As these newly created apex predators battle each other for supremacy and tear across North America, destroying everything in their path, Okoye teams with a discredited genetic engineer (Naomie Harris) to secure an antidote, fight his way through the ever-changing battlefield, and not only to halt a global catastrophe, but to save the fearsome beast that was once his friend. 20th Century Fox’s “Deadpool 2” – “Deadpool Meets Cable” Trailer

I was a tad surprised that we didn’t see any sort of “Deadpool 2” trailer during the recent Super Bowl but I’m happier than the proverbial clam as one has recently been unveiled and is being presented for you below. Check it out and meet “CABLE”…..

PiercingMetal Thoughts: Now that we know the film is NOT about what it says above already we can continue. It’s great to see Cable in action and you diehards might remember that he and Deadpool “first met” on the printed pages of “X-Force” so many years ago. He’s a tad more serious than our red suit wearing numbnuts and that is where the relationship is a whole world of fun. Since the first trailer that they shared came available, a lot has happened in the media world. First of all, shame on you for missing the first clip (recapture your honor by clicking HERE). Then the biggest news of all was that Disney purchased 20th Century Fox studios (we spoke about that HERE) and this means the possibilities will soon enough be endless as a barrage of characters are once again available to use in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Okay I’m drooling, so moving on. Considering the way that the trailers for the first “Deadpool” film flowed, I am sure that we are going to get a few more and will assume that a “Meet Domino” one will be forthcoming. What did you readers think about this one? Let me know down in the comments below. Until we meet again.
