Paramount Pictures: “A Quiet Place” Teaser Trailer (2018)

As I’ve noted a few times already this year, the goal is to lend some support to movies from the spookier side of the fence with our “On Screen” Category and feature the trailers of ones that catch our eye. This upcoming Paramount Pictures effort called “A Quiet Place” looks interesting, check out the teaser trailer below.

The Synopsis: A family living on a farm hides from a supernatural evil attracted to sound by avoiding every noise and communicating in sign language. (thanks Wiki)

The Cast:
John Krasinski as The Father
Emily Blunt as The Mother
Noah Jupe as The Son
Millicent Simmonds as The Daughter

PiercingMetal Thoughts: This one seems to have a creepy overtone and left me curious about what kind of creatures they are trying to avoid. Silence seems to be the key with this one from the look of it, so let’s hope when its in the theaters that the audience is not getting mobile notifications and texting their friends. Don’t you hate that? Now this is only the teaser so we might get more in a longer trailer but I don’t know if I am ready to start sharing as many trailers per film as I have to do with the superhero stuff. What did you readers think of this one? Does it awaken the curiosity a little bit? Let me know down below in the comments.
