Gus G.’s “Brand New Revolution” Tourdates Revealed

The great Gus G. has been talking about his brief stateside “Brand New Revolution” tour for a couple of weeks now but he only recently revealed the full itinerary and its tour poster. With that being the case I wanted to put it in front of you as these will be your only chance to catch the Ozzy Osbourne/Firewind guitarist and singer Rob Rock who will be joining him on vocals.

Tour - Gus G - NA 2016

PiercingMetal Thoughts: Since there are only a little more than a handful of dates I let the poster do the talking instead of typing them out. I will stress that the tour is called the “Brand New Revolution” tour and that is the same name as his latest CD release. I’ve linked to Amazon.com for you to order a copy below when you have a minute. As far as musicians go, I love this dudes playing because he is a force of musical nature and worthy of all the praise that he gets from the industry. I’ve caught him performing with his band Firewind a couple of times and once as a solo artist but never with Ozzy Osbourne. His guitar wizardry is nothing less than mind blowing if you are a fan of that six-string shredding stuff and one thing that is especially awesome about Gus G. is that every note is loaded with melody. Its not just riffing for the sake of it. Let’s add to that coolness with the presence of singer Rob Rock who is a soaring vocalist who we don’t always get to see in this part of the world. Well, I haven’t seen him yet at least and I am closing in on 1600 concerts being attended. Fans that attend are in for a treat for sure. What do you readers think about this tour? Will you be hitting one of the few select dates that he is performing? Let me know in the comments section below.

Man I sure hope so because this has been a ride like no other and I am loving getting the plans of the Metal and Rock greats out to your computer or mobile device screens. Here we go with Chapter Ten. Enjoy.

1. Jason Lekberg (Ikillya): My resolution for 2013 is to make the best album of my career thus far and hopefully share it with as many people as possible. 🙂

2. Michael Scondotto (The Last Stand/Inhuman): My New Year’s Music Resolution is to play as many shows as possible with The Last Stand, as our debut full length “The Time Is Now” comes out on January 22nd on Eulogy Recordings. Aside from that, look for another Inhuman vinyl edition and maybe my Metal project will surface sometime in 2013???

3. Alberto Rigoni (Solo Artist): Hey world, wanna still hear some good quality music in the future? Please support the bands and artists purchasing their music, digital or CD.. otherwise they will disappear!
