Tour - New Years Day - 2015

The Press Release:
After being one of the biggest standouts on this Summer’s Warped Tour, NEW YEARS DAY are excited to announce their much anticipated North American headlining tour. The band will embark on “The Other Side Tour” this Fall in support of their upcoming new album, Malevolence, which is slated for release in October. Joining the band will be Get Scared, Eyes Set To Kill and New Volume. Ash Costello (vocals) states, “We had such an amazing time out on the Vans Warped Tour this Summer and can¹t wait to head out on our first headliner playing brand new songs off of our album Malevolence. We are very excited to play a longer set with songs we don¹t normally play. Come get sweaty with us and be part of the madness!”

PiercingMetal Thoughts: I’ve probably seen New Years Day about three times at this point and I have enjoyed each and everytime that I have done so. I love the positive connection that Ash makes with her fans and how they flock to meet her and the guys after the show. You might not know this, but the band always makes sure to be at their merchandise table after their performance and are more than willing to let you take selfies with them or just talk about what is on your mind. That is commendable, and when they hit the region for their show at Santo’s Party House with these other bands I am going to do my best to be on point. What do you readers think about this particular tour? Does it interest you at all? Let me know in the comments below.
