PiercingMetal Thoughts: This is going to be an interesting one since the last few times I saw ITM in concert it was a very far cry from what I first witnessed way back in the beginning. I actually caught them when they opened up for the band Kittie at B.B. King Blues Club back in 2007. That might have been their very first NYC appearance but it feels like so long ago now and you can go back in time if you like by clicking HERE. The shows nowadays are like watching Heavy Metal Pop Theater. Numerous props and costume changes. It’s wild stuff for sure and Maria Brink remains one of the greatest live voices I’ve observed in recent concert going years and she knows how to bring it to her fans. Speaking of bringing it to their fans, the guys in Motionless In White have a connection that you can actually feel during a live show. This is going to be a good one but it’s not coming to NYC so I doubt that I will be on point for this one. You readers who’s towns they are hitting can let me know what you think about this tour down in the comments and of course if your region is being bypassed you can cite your displeasure down there as well. See you next time.
