Hey there my fandom loving readers and welcome back to our final chapter of the coverage from the Heroes and Villains Fan Fest that took place this past weekend at the Meadowlands Exposition Center. This post is a lot of cosplayer images and we ran into some awesome ones as the day drew to a close so here we go.
This was a cute idea. Harley Quinn’s Tattoo Parlor. Giving the kids temporary tattoos.
Exit through the Gift Shop. Here is the merchandise for the H&V. I loved the hoodie but I didn’t purchase one.
In these days of Hydra its good to see some of our favorite baddies from Cobra. That’s Destro on the left and the fearsome Cobra Commander on the right. Watch out Joes.
Some food vendors were stationed around the expo hall but I had an energy bar which was so far holding me over. I’ll probably inhale a couple of containers of Chinese Food when I get home.
These ladies looked fantastic as gender bend versions of Thor and Loki.
I also loved this mashup of Lady Death and Deadpool. At least that is what I think she said that she was doing. Great work either way Miss and thank you for letting me take the photograph.
The little ones had their own confidence course set up and for a few bucks the parents could take a breather while the kids ran around an inflatable obstacle course and bouncy house and slide.
This Black Widow cosplayer was showing the 501st Legion who was boss.
Her outfit was so awesome that she gets a photograph of her own.
And here is Batgirl Man.
I chanced upon the ladies again and did one more photograph so I had a better one for Instagram.
This was a cool Huntress cosplayer. We chanced upon her across the street where it seemed as though many cosplayers were hanging out together and doing photo op things with assorted photographers.
Wow its Mirror Master. This is one of the villains that we need to get on “The Flash” TV show don’t you think?
Do you want to cross this Punisher in a dark alley? I don’t think that you do. Excellent job once again man.
Oh I had to get in one of these photos so opted for one with our new friend Absinthe.
As the bus took my friends and I back to NYC I snapped a few cosplayers involved in a photo shoot. Looks like our friend Abby Normal up there to the right and her Zatanna outfit.
The Cosplayers assemble for all the world to see – and photograph.
Thanks again to the folks at Nesquik who were here giving out this tasty drink. I had two of them and well, it was low fat so I was okay with that.
There were two different media badges for the convention and here they are below for your examination. One allowed for an easier means of doing spot interviews but sadly I wasn’t able to get anything since the crowds lined up were too great for that sort of time to be spent. It was a good time and as you can see we snagged a lot of coolness for your viewing pleasure.
Well that is it my friends. I hope you enjoyed this little adventure because I sure did. This will probably be our last convention piece for a few months unless a couple that I was looking into come through so stay tuned for that stuff. PiercingMetal.com has once again been approved as a member of Press for the NY Comic Con and I am quite excited about what is to be found there in October. As you read this posting, it appears that all except a certain amount of Thursday tickets have been sold out for that convention. Wow, it never ceases to amaze me. Some comic book stuff will be coming up next here on the PiercingMetal site so do please come back and see us later. Until that time you can click some of the website links below and even toss some copious love to our Official Instagram by clicking HERE.
