Entertainment Weekly Showcases 15 “Avengers: Infinity War” Variant Covers

As we draw closer to the opening of the upcoming Marvel blockbuster “Avengers: Infinity War”, the Entertainment Weekly magazine has unveiled “15” different covers that showcase the colorful cast of super-heroes and their insidious foe. I’ve culled them all together for your enjoyment in this post so just scroll on through and enjoy them all. I’ve held back from captioning each of the covers in this post since I am pretty sure you like-minded fans know who each of these characters are. If you don’t then you sure do have some catching up to do. I’ll close up with some light editorial and also repeat the premise and show some casting. Let’s go.

The Premise: As the Avengers and their allies have continued to protect the world from threats too large for any one hero to handle, a new danger has emerged from the cosmic shadows: Thanos. A despot of intergalactic infamy, his goal is to collect all six Infinity Stones, artifacts of unimaginable power, and use them to inflict his twisted will on all of reality. Everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment – the fate of Earth and existence itself has never been more uncertain. (thanks Wiki).

PiercingMetal Thoughts: All I can say is that April 27th cannot get here fast enough for me. I WILL be seeing this film early in the theatrical run if not on the opening day if its possible for me to do so. I love these covers but will only be securing a single copy of the magazine based on finances needed for the everything else in life. I’m hoping for an additional trailer soon and a mess of character posters since those are always fun to post. What did you think about these covers and which one do you want the most out of the “15” being released? Let me know down in the comments section.
