The full press release fills us in about the association and shares a LOT of the enigmatic performers concert itinerary as well so do check it out below. Don’t worry, I’ll be back at the close with some editors thoughts on the matter.

The Press Release:
earMUSIC is proud to announce the worldwide signing of legendary shock-rocker Alice Cooper.

Paranormal, Alice Cooper’s new studio album and his first in six years, will be released on July 28, 2017 on earMUSIC as 2CD Digipak, 2LP, Limited Box Set, and Digital. The 12-track album has been recorded in Nashville with long-time collaborator Bob Ezrin and features a very special bonus CD — a mini-album consisting of three brand new songs written and recorded together with the original Alice Cooper band members Dennis Dunaway, drummer Neal Smith, and guitarist Michael Bruce, alongside carefully selected live recordings.

Paranormal also features special guest appearances by U2’s Larry Mullen Jr., ZZ Top’s Billy Gibbons, and Deep Purple’s Roger Glover. Alice Cooper will be touring extensively this year in support of Paranormal, visiting cities in the U.S., Europe, and Australasia.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: What can I possibly add to this? Alice Cooper is a leader in the field of Shock Rock and I am pretty certain that we didn’t even have the stuff until he came along. He’s influenced so many that took to his shows as education and thanks to this we have KISS, Misfits and even Wednesday 13. I’ve seen Cooper a few times in concert and reviewed some works here on the site so please click on THIS LINK to bring up any posts related to him for your reading pleasure. I can hardly wait to see what he brings to life next and the sort of show that he will do and how cool is the disclosure about former Alice Cooper band members. Awesome. One has to wonder if we can count on a new comic book that is focused on him coming soon. Come on writers of said material, you know you have it in you but I digress. What do you readers think of this news? Chime in down below in the comments.
